Does FlowConvo work without AI?
Yes. Your own answers, flows, forms and surveys all work without AI. AI is a safety net for questions your answers don’t cover, and you can turn it off or cap it per site.

Which AI does it use?
Your choice: OpenAI, Claude or your own endpoint, with your own key or ours. You set limits per visitor, per hour and per month.

How heavy is the widget for my site?
Every site gets a bundle with only the modules it uses. The widget loads nothing extra until a visitor uses it. We’re the team behind RUMvision, so we measure this too.

Where is the data stored, and what about GDPR?
FlowConvo runs in the EU. Personal data never goes to AI or into the logs, and per form you choose what to keep and for how long. If you use AI, the terms of the provider you choose apply as well.

What happens when I reach my limit?
You decide: the widget scales down and forms keep working, or it shows a notice with your contact details, or it disappears. We email you before it happens.

How do I add it to my site?
With one script tag. The kit reads your website and drafts a first set of answers and forms, which you then adjust.

Can I add my own integrations?
